   I received a letter informing me because I missed an emergency appointment I may lose my registration. However, I was not even in the country, and have never had any dental issues other than check ups. They argued they keep accurate notes, but clearly do not, and was rude in their tone. No acceptance or apology, just a letter threatening removal. Luckily I found another NHS dentist to take me on.
