Excellent service from start to finish. All staff were polite, courteous and professional. Great dentists who are a credit to the profession. 100% recommend this dental practice.

. . .nobody answers the phone, and leaving a message seems pointless as so far my messages remain unanswered. Do I realy have to go all the way to the surgery to make an appointment in person? It's a realy good practice, if you can ever manage to book.

Thank you for taking the time to review our practice. Please accept our apologies for the difficulty you are having in trying to contact us. We have an answerphone system in place as we are currently overwhelmed with enquiries/calls currently. We will always respond to messages that have telephone numbers and brief outline of the issue. This enables us to triage the calls and ensure urgent need patients are contacted and seen swiftly, and then that non urgent can be attended to as appropriate. Kind regards.

This dentist is the most professional, skillful and kind dentist I have ever known in my 69 years, and his daughter is conitnuing in his footsteps. Simply wonderful. I Would never change dentists now. Highly to be reccomended .

Hello, This dentist was at the top of the list that I was given by NHS 111 for emergency treatment, They do not answer the telephone, just an answer machine, tried several times at different times of day. They do not reply to the message. I explained my situation clearly of being in severe pain. The implant causing the problem was carried out at this dentist. Should be removed from the NHS list immediatley. No other comment ,

Original appt great, left message and was called back 3rd May, Covid measures in place, felt safe, needed to book to see hygienist and wad told that the in house lady on maternity and not booking until Aug. When I mentioned that I worked in K Lynn I was told I could book in there, only to be told the only way I could be seen was by a referral. 13 calls made messages left, no call back, still waiting for either referral or to go on waiting list for in house hygienist!!!!!
