I had to pay for private which costs a fortune. Almost every appointment I make is cancelled and has to be rescheduled, Yet again my 6 month check up a no go. The most shoddy and despicable service on the planet.......... seek elseware for dental treatment is my advice. Absolutely terrible service!!

They rescheduled our appointment several times and then took us off their books even though we had paid in advance. No notice and no refund until we complained. Disgraceful.

When you get a message 1 hour before you appointment that was booked over 8 months ago. No letter, No Call or text to say the appointment is upcoming, Then they send you a message to say you will get a letter. I've been calling all day and left messages nothing back. They cancelled more than one with no notice. communication is poor.
