Always greeted by a friendly receptionist. Appointments run to your times ,never have to wait and the dentists are lovely

Rang to see if they had any emergency appointments as I am not registered with an NHS dentist and I’m in absolute agony. The lady who answered was very rude, asked me to repeat myself multiple times, tutting and interrupting me before I could even finish my sentence. When she finally let me speak she then rudely said “no sorry we have no appointments as we have no dentists”. Sorry what?! A dentist surgery with no dentists?! I asked if there was any on any other days she said “No, ring 111” didn’t even look it was like she couldn’t be bothered.

Phoned up on a Tuesday to see if they had any slots for NHS For my son who had lost a filling and tooth ache who was not registered with anyone The person on reception who answered the call was really friendly and was more than helpful she got my son to see a dentist the next day Excellent service from all staff at sort notice

They cancelled appointment without any notice after long term waiting. Next appointment always cancelled when I came due to staff sickness. So I lost 2 days my annual leave. Very bad. Not recommend.
