A quite outstanding service and overall experience. At 88 years old I've had everything from military dentistry through to dentists who were also personal friends. But my difficult molar extraction was conducted smoothly and without pain or discomfort. Everything was carefully explained at every stage, and I was made to feel as though I was the only patient that mattered that day! Dentists in Shepton Mallet have come and gone. I hope this team remains in place for the rest of my life (see above)!

I have always found all of the staff very approachable and helpful. Going to the dentist can be an anxiety producing time, even if there is nothing wrong, so the reassurance of the kindly staff at all levels really helps a lot.
