Receptionist, dental nurse and dentist all welcoming, friendly, polite, and helpful. They put me at ease and explained everything they were doing.

I haven’t been to a dentist in about 10 years, mostly due to fears and anxiety over oral health and procedures that may follow. But the staff at Hemper lane made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident that everything was going to be ok and easily managed. The practice is clean, warm and stylish. The staff on the reception are very helpful and the dental surgeons/assistants are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have never felt judged at hemper lane and never regret going.

This was my first time at this dentist (I have moved to it as it is closer to where I live). Very pleased with my visit today - check in at reception was friendly and welcoming, and the dentist was really friendly and thorough, and took time to explain things during my check-up. Next appointment due in 6 months so hopefully another good visit.

I visited this dentist yesterday for some work to be done (after going for my first check up there about a month ago) and all I can say is this was the best experience I’ve had at a dentists ever. I can’t thank everyone enough. I have high functioning anxiety and a specific phobia which is triggered by dental work, so these resulted in me being extremely nervous for my appointment yesterday. The dentist and nurse were so friendly and really reassured me and calmed my nerves down - they explained everything that was happening whilst they were doing the work on my teeth so I knew what was going on. I left the practice very happy, and now I feel like next time I need anything done I’ll be more at ease going in for it. I can’t say thank you enough!

Dentist adviced on different ways I could complete my treatment, once I had chosen the dentist completed the work, it was a good experience and within budget.

Lost a filling recently. Rang up and explained my situation. They fitted me in immediately. Very professional Dentist, staff are all warm and friendly. Highly recommend.

I telephoned in the morning about a pain in my mouth which I’d had for a couple of days. I wasn’t sure if this was dental or whether I should contact my GP. The receptionist was fantastic and booked me in for the same afternoon. The dentist was polite and friendly and very thorough. Thank you for such a quick, easy experience.
