Awful experience the dentist was very rushed didn’t take time to listen to my dental complaint just rushed me through to the X-ray. Referred me for treatment elsewhere and the X-ray was too blury I had to rebook and have the referral completed again (no exemption from payment even though it was their fault it was blury and should have been checked) . From ringing in March for an appointment getting an X-ray and referral for my filling all took 7 months. So I had 7 months of pain as the time wasn’t taken during my initial check up to actually complete the check up to the required standard. Would not recommend.

I have been going to this practice for over 50 years and it has gone through many dentists over that period. Today was a crown fitting. I was called in bang on time, met by a friendly dentist and who performed the task efficiently and took time for me to be perfectly satisfied with the end result. I was in and out in under half an hour and am completely satisfied with the result. I know that many people fail to turn up for appointments but here you get multiple text reminders and a final phone call the day before.

The dentist was very patient and considerate of my needs and was as gentle as possible. I was expecting to be in great discomfort the next day, but was relatively fine. Thank You

I wasn’t sure that I was going to have any treatment today, but had 3 fillings with no injection, how times have changed since I was younger

Today I had two fillings, an extraction and a mold taken for my crown. I spent a little while in the chair and I thought that my dentists and her assistants done a stellar job. I was made to feel as comfortable as possible and the work was done in an accommodating manner and timely fashion. I am pleased with what was accomplished today. Such lovely kind and caring people. They looked after my needs really well. I can't wait until my next appointment. All in all a very good experience. Many thanks to everyone involved in my care.

I cannot fault the fantastic and exemplary dental work recently provided. Following a canine extraction a bone graft was required and implant inserted. Everything explained, questions answered and appointments were timely. All the staff were kind, and good humoured.

I’ve been a patient for years but when it was taken over it went down hill both me and my partner had exrays within 6 mths told all good I call feb with broken tooth only to be told I have to pay to see private while there I was asked why I didn’t have the work done ?? So I booked in to see another practice to find I needed work quite a lot very shocked as I’m a retired dental nurse a would not recommend this place as they don’t do there job I will be contacting the British dental association and local health to have this looked into this
