Like many I can’t say as i look forward to going to the dentist, so much so, I’ve been twice in 25 years. I really did appreciate the kind warm attitude of all the staff from receptionist through to the two dentists, who worked to remove a tooth with a cavity and infection beneath We had a chat about my options, the outcomes of each option and their professional opinions of the options. They really were just warm and understanding of my irrational fear of the dentist. Very gentle when administering the anaesthetics and double checked they had taken full effect gently before committing to more thorough investigation. I honestly can’t overstate how at ease it made me. And I certainly recommend anyone who is nervous or has nervous children to take them here.
