I arrived early for my appointment as, what I hope is a temporary mobilty issue, meant that I had to rely on Community transport. It was raining and, even though the practice was closed for lunch, a member of the reception staff opened the door and I was made welcome to sit in the waiting area. Later another member of staff guided me through the update to my patient details. At all times I was offered assistance and I was able to take my time on stairs leading to the top floor treament room. (The nature of the building means that it has no ground floor surgery) The dentist, whom I had seen at a previous check up, was professsional, reassuring and offered guidance re. on-going dental care at home. The dental nurse was attentive and helpful.

Very welcoming and polite, extremely thourough in examing teeth and gums and giving personalised advice to care for teeth.

My dental Dentist was very professional and very good listener. The receptionist who saved me was brilliant and respectful.

The dentist was really good and helpful he explained every step he was doing his communication skills was excellent and he even accommodated me for the next appointment that I was able to come. If I could give more than 5 stars ?? as the care was outstanding.

The staff were welcoming from the outset and throughout the visit. The dentist took time to explain the plan of treatment.

Got to the appointment on time and had to wait a long time to get in (15 mins) and then waited another 20 minutes for the dentist to clean my teeth. Also the dentist didnt do a good job of cleaning my teeth

I have been a patient at this practice a long time. The service is always exceptional. What stood out today was the Care and after care attention taken during the dental service I received, also the great treatment I received entering and leaving the building. Thanks.

The Dr took his time with me, and asked all the important questions. What stood out for me, he asked me if I drink fuzzy drinks. I told him no.

I feel lucky to have an NHS dentist. I get good advice and the surgery is clean and pleasant. I will continue to work on the staff’s sense of humor. They are mellowing out nicely !
