I could not have had a worse experience at this practice. This was recommended to me by 111 for an emergency appointment while I was on holiday. The staff were extremely rude, waiting time very long and the practice itself was uninviting & run down.

Tried to register with the practice and was told that they were not taking patients. No waiting list or suggestions about other practices that are taking patients.

Overall there is nothing I can really find fault with , everyone from receptionists through to dentist are very professional, polite & reassuring , especially if you are a nervous patient 10/10 .. The only issue is the steep stairs up to the surgery , which I know they can do nothing about , but I thought people might want to consider it when choosing a dentist
