   I’ve been 3 times with my son to this practice and twice I’ve had to rebook, for no genuine reason. I find the staff quite unwilling to help you and slightly rude, I personally will never be going back and hopefully neither will my son. This is just my experience with them maybe they better with other people but for me customer service course required for Everybody..!!asap a bit more understanding wouldn’t go a miss
