This is the second time I have attended this dentist and I am still in wonder at the marvellous treatment I have received. Both dentist and dental nurse worked efficiently and professionally whilst staying cheerful and putting me at ease. I'm utterly amazed at how good this dentist is. They email and text to ensure you know when your appointment is, ensuring that you not only know in advance when your appointment is scheduled, you also get a text a few day before it is due. The receptionists are very welcoming and cheerful. The dentist I have received treatment with is extremely professional and takes the time to not only explain any current treatment but also any treatment that will be required in the future. He also explained in great detail how to improve my dental hygiene in order to protect my teeth. The dental nurse was friendly and extremely helpful and it was extremely pleasant to be in the hands of such caring professionals who obviously care and enjoy their roles at this wonderful dental practice.

After having had lots of poor experiences with other dentists, I was hugely impressed with the staff at Greenfields. The dentist took the time to explain everything to me and communicated clearly. The assistant and receptionist were very friendly too.
