    Tried ringing all day but can’t get hold of them !!!!, I am in extreme pain from a tooth infection and have so far had 2 lots of antibiotics but still have pain, was told on my appointment on 1/9 that I would be referred to hospital to have infected teeth extracted, contacted hospital today and have been told dentist has still not done referral!!!

    When registering as a patient, I had to apply twice because my my first application was ignored. I eventually managed to get an appointment booked, which the practice cancelled last minute. I tried calling and emailing for weeks and could not get through to anyone. No one replied to my voicemails or emails. I had to go in person to rearrange my appointment, which was booked for 2 months later. This appointment was also cancelled last minute. When I called to rearrange, had to keep calling and about 10 times until i got through. I then found out that my birth date had been recorded incorrectly and the next available appointment was not for three weeks. They also told me no practices in Gloucestershire are accepting any new NHS patients.

    After visiting the practice for the first time in March this year, my wife and I were assigned an appointment on 20 May. This turned out to be a rather unpleasant experience for both of us. It appeared as if we were being rushed through our procedures (fillings) - particularly my wife, who needed four fillings in 25min! The procedures were very uncomfortable and to add insult to injury, my wife lost a filling (and half a tooth) and I lost a filling less than 24 hours after we'd had them done.
