   Doc Chuck my broken teeth n sent me back home without any treatment.they give me appointment after 3 weeks.when one day left to go for appointment they call me n said we cant do your treatment.why u lot west my time im having really bad pain .

   Dear patient Thank you for leaving feedback. I am sorry to hear of the difficulties you felt you experienced with the practice. We want all of our patients to have a positive experience with us and if you feel we have fell short of that please accept our apologies. I have looked into your case and can confirm that the radiograph taken for the problem you were having ,demonstrated that this would be something we would be unable to treat at this practice and would require an onward referral. I can confirm that the referral was completed in a timely manner and marked urgent. In addition to that the referring dentist telephoned the practice that you were referred to ,ahead of any appointments they are able to offer to discuss your case in full.
