I had a visit to the sedation clinic because I am nervous and they were all so lovely. I got in sooner then expected with a cancellation which was great due to broken tooth giving me trouble. A lovely new member of staff on reception really went above and beyond helping me stay calm on the day. They were patient, kind and understanding and I would not be as nervous for future treatment if I needed it. Thank you Gibraltar House.

Took my nervous 8 year old for a filling in which she had gas and air. They explained everything to her step by step! Talked to her at her age level. Picked up on my daughters vibe and they match it. Made her feel really comfortable was singing and just had a very happy "sparkle" vibe. Also she held my daughters hand throughout it all which I love as I could be close enough to do so without being in the way!

We visited yesterday for my daughter to have 2 teeth extracted prior to a brace, I can not thank the ladies enough she was so nervous they immediately made her feel relaxed, they were kind and friendly yet professional. There will be no fear for future dental treatment if every experience is as good as this one. Thank you again for looking after her so well.

When it comes to dentists, I am petrified! I had a really bad experience as a child at another dentist, since then I've been really anxious about going to the dentist even just for a check up. I had a check up and saw the hygienist in the same day and I can not fault either. My dentist was very understanding and my hygienist was very caring and calming. The dental nurse with hygienist was so lovely and reassuring. I would 100% recommend this practice 5 star service.

I am very nervous when it comes to dentists due to past experiences. The team at Gibraltar House have been fantastic dealing with me, from initial check up through to sedation appointment, I cannot fault them, would highly recommend for anyone else who is nervous and anxious when it comes to the dentist!

My son needed to have 3 extractions under sedation. He has some sensory issues and the team were fantastic with him. Very patient, explained everything to him and made him feel safe. We thought he'd never go through with it but he did as they made him feel so comfortable. Thank you to everyone in the team for helping me and more importantly my son for getting through it. I'd recommend anyone who has some worries around dentistry to come here. Thanks again

Absolutely terrified of the dentist so having a wisdom tooth extraction I was so nervous. But it was done so quickly and painless, all the staff were brilliant and welcoming. Thank you for such a pleasant experience

I rang this morning as a new NHS patient. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. She took my need to be seen in a ground floor surgery into consideration. I was given an appointment for 2 weeks time. Excellent service!
