    I've been with this dentist for more than 6 years. When I went for a checkup in December '22, I reported some tenderness at the site of a root canal I'd had privately 3 years ago after being referred by this clinic. The doctor told me to get a CT scan privately and promised to do a Zoom appointment to tell me the results. I got the CT scan done on Dec 21, 2022 (I paid £78) but got no call-back from the dentist. I followed up in early Jan and was told that the doctor was on holiday, and the clinic had not received my report. The private imaging clinic checked and said that they had sent the report on the day of the scan. They also sent me a copy in a format that dentists use (but that won't open on my computer). I sent this to the clinic 3 times, but they have say that they have not received it. After the doctor returned, I called again on 26 Jan, and was told that the doctor would call me back. She never did. I called again on 30 Jan 2023 and was now told to go back to the imaging clinic, pay another £50 to get a printed copy of the report, and read it myself, or pay £70 more for the dentist to read and explain it to me! What's the point of a service like this? After being sent to get imaging done privately, waiting for more than a month for the report, I'm now told to go to a private imaging centre, pay even more money, and read my own report with no dentist to explain the implications, or pay even more money for a dentist, who should have access to the soft-copy report anyway, to look at my printed report and explain it to me! Shockingly poor from a clinic that used to be reliable and good.
