The girls on reception were very friendly and helpful. The dentist was very caring and appreciated my fear of being there he was very good at putting me at ease excellent!

Rang this morning. Was in pain because a filling had fallen out. Got an appointment today. Very patient, friendly, polite dentist. My experience tallied with the ethos of the practice.

i have been a patient at Genix for many years and always been more than happy. Then covid arrived and they carried on despite the massive difficulties and i dont remember anyone clapping for them. This has created an unbelievable professional team with compassion, efficiency and enormous patience. I am infinitely grateful and as a disabled person i would recommend them to anyone.
