Very friendly and helpful reception staff. No waiting around to see the dentist. The dentist and assistant friendly and helpful, taking the time to answer questions and give good explanations. Easily accessible and ample parking. Overall, a positive experience as always.

Was seen immediately… reception lady lovely, friendly and helpful. Was an emergency appointment, with a gum infection, given antibiotics.

1st time here. Friendly, welcoming waiting area. The staff were calm, friendly and efficient which allayed my fears...think white knuckles! No faffing, in, check up, x rays and plaque removal and out again by the time my appt should have been.

Friendly. Everything explained. Did not feel rushed, even though they were busy. Was told to raise left hand if treatment became uncomfortable and she would stop, but very gentle. Thankyou.

The reception girls were helpful and pleasant. The dentist was excellent as usual and very nice to talk to. Also, the dental assistant was great as well.

Friendly receptionist who was lovely with my young children. A Halloween themed reception made it enjoyable to wait. We were early but that wasn’t a problem and even got in early. The dentist and his assistant were brilliant so the experience was fun and nothing like I had as a child. Great reward with stickers. Thank you for being so friendly and professional.

The dentist was so kind and I didn't feel judged at all and he was very clear with what he was doing, my little boy sat so nicely and the dentist was so good with him and even gave him a sticker
