The receptionist, dentist and dental nurse were good.Prices are too expensive.I amm a pensioner now and cant afford £44 for a clean.I know this is down to the NHS and government rather than you

I was given a next day appointment becsuse of a cancellation which was great. My dentist was very efficient and pleasant as usual. She fitted a temporary filling and explained that the tooth would be reviewd at my next scheduled appointment in February.

Very friendly team, I was seen on time and made to feel welcome. Great service as always. Whilst sat in the waiting room the lady receptionist was having to deal with very difficult and rude patient at the desk, I must say she handled it exceptionally well and was very professional.

My Appointment was an emergency one as I had lost a crown. Dentist was my regular one who is lovely anyway and she was able to re apply the crown and fingers crossed it will stay but if not she has plans B and C in place!

The process was fully explained as to what was going to happen during my appointment with the hygienist, and was not the traumatic experience which I had feared it might be.

Rang at 09:00hrs as had lost a filling & was in some discomfort. I was given an appointment the same day at 15:00hrs, amazing service I was in & sorted on the same day also incorporating my check up which was booked for 19th Dec. Original appointment now cancelled freeing up space for someone else next appointment booked for June 2024 Excellent service
