I have always found the pratice to be really good, however i am a 61 yr old patient on ESA with severe anxiety and have just been removed from the NHS list as my dentist has gone private. I can not afford to go private for treatment and fear what will happen to my teeth now. I have never missed an appointmemt in all the years ive been a patient and am very dissapointed to have been removed, especially as i have been told you still have one NHS dentist at the pratice

The time and patience given to make sure i was ok. Treated well from receptionist to the dentists and dental nurses.

I was offered an emergency appointment the next day to have a tooth removed, all memebers of staff were very kind, caring and understanding, i was very anzious and nervous and had explained i had been struggling with my mental health and so my teeth had suffered because of this.

When I rang you this morning with tooth ache you where kind enough to get me an appointment straight away. The treatment I had to remove a tooth was first class. Many thanks for everything.

My Dentist is very understanding. I feel I get treated with respect. I’m never pressured into having treatment I don’t need. His assistant is always pleasant & understanding too, I’m deaf, have hearing aid, & they respect that when talking & do their very best to help me understand what’s been said. Any treatment I may need or have always gets explained fully.

Although the dentist couldn't remove the tooth she did her best and has referred me to a specialist she made syre i was ok and not in pain

Super friendly efficient team. Extremely clean place. My dentist is welcoming and smiles everytime and very thorough, he takes great care of my teeth and i wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had chronic toothache and the practice saw and treated me very promptly. I have been attending this practice for over 10 years and their service has always been First Class, thank you.
