I can’t remember the oral surgeons name but he’s the older man absolutely fantastic at his job you can tell he really cares and is passionate. I suffer with anxiety and having both wisdom teeth out he was absolutely amazing thank you.

I received excellent care from all at Goal street. The receptionist was kind and helpful and the dentist and assistant were amazing. The treatment I received was first class and resolved my problem. Thank you all so much

I attempted three times today to get an emergency appointment with Gaol House Dentist Surgery, following a tooth cracking and having severe pain with the tooth nerves. I was on hold over twenty minutes and forty minutes each time I tried to call in the midday before I have up. After hours of trying to get through to reception I finally got through at 4:30pm. The reception was very rude and unprofessional. The first thing they said was “why are you calling so late?”. Having spent so long trying to get through I found this quite offensive. They laughed at me when I said I was in pain and needing an appointment and basically told me to go get a home dental kit as it’s almost impossible to get an appointment with them. Considering I have paid large amounts of National Insurance all my life, I find this level of non-service absolutely Spaulding and unacceptable.

After non stop appointments since January I’ve been waiting to see a dentist at the hospital to have several teeth removed in surgery Goal street dentist have decided to cancel that appointment 2 days before I was due the appointment I have been waiting since January to see someone and they cancelled it without a reason! I’ve been in constant pain as I snapped my wisdom tooth which have gotten worse over the last few months! Instead of giving me the same antibiotics Actually take the teeth out that need taking out?!!! I am extremely angry!!!!

I had tried to call this practice on several occasions, but despite spending a prolonged time connected, and being advised to be patient, and assured that I would be answered shortly, no-one answered. Other practices in Hereford require down payments, and treatment plans before they will act, even if an emergency. I though this was a NHS dentist service supporting those with emergency conditions, plainly not!

In 30 years of experience with private dentists ,I have never encountered such outstanding service with this practice ,from the receptionist to my dentist(Janice) who explained ever step of the procedure ,made me feel completely at ease and did an amazing job,you will not find better anywhere

Fantastic service from this establishment. After being in severe pain for several days and being brushed off by other dentists for either not wanting to take on new patients, exorbitant private dental care charges and unable to get a private emergency slot quickly. They dealt with my problem quickly. Very friendly staff and reassuring.

The receptionist was fantastic and went out of her way to help and she arranged for a dentist to call me that evening. 30 minutes later a wonderful dentist called and could not of been more helpful, I was prescribed antibiotics that could be collected immediately. So very thankful to this practice!, First class service, amazing, staff. Thank you so much.

I have never had a tooth removed before, so I was feeling quite nervous. The dentist and his lovely dental nurse made me feel at ease and reassured and the whole experience went very smoothly. If I ever have to have a tooth removed again I'm sure that I will feel less anxious. 10/10 The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful.
