Hi , I’ve been a patient at this practice for several years and did not know about lunch breaks . Arriving around 5/10 minutes early for my 2pm appointment today I found the door locked and no one answering the phone . I checked the sign outside and website which both showed continuing opening hours throughout the day with no lunchtime closure . I was inclined to go home but waited outside until 2 pm to be sure , and fortunately then received an answer to the effect that the surgery was then open . Could I please suggest that the sign outside and website are amended to show the correct opening hours ? Many thanks Gail Pp

Visited this practice as an emergency appointment. Even from the initial phonecall I was put at ease. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The dentist and dental nurse were patient, honest, relatable and still professional. Great experience from someone who isn't a fan of the dentist.

I visited the practice today to have a general check up. I explained that a piece of my front tooth had fallen out when brushing. I was reassured that it was n t a problem and my teeth were cleaned and polished. Excellent service from the team and look forward to my next visit.
