Having a lot of dental work was carried out very good with the dentist not afraid to ask for second opinion.the dental nurse the one with dark hair in a pony tail can’t use her name apparently was very considerate and caring always asking if I was ok or did it hurt made the experience much easier to cope with

Absolutely nothing. First visit this week wait was an hour long and couldn’t stay any longer to see the dentist, went again today to be told there where no dentists at the practice with enough experience to deal with my crowns and fillings as they were too complicated.. I was charged £28.50 for this advice . Not impressive

The dentist was determined to get things right and spent plenty of time to do this. She got a second opinion and gave me the care it needed.

Dentist was so friendly made you feel at ease asked questions about your teeth and examination was very detailed and explained what to do and what needed doing

I was greeted immediately on my arrival with a friendly smile appointment on time and treated in a very friendly manner with lots of reassurance

Surgery was not ready/prepared for the appointment. This was the 2nd time that the practice had failed. I would not recommend this practice and am actively looking for another dentist.

The hygienist was very communicative throughout always telling me what problems she was finding and how she was going to treat. Plenty of advice provided on self care.

I phoned this morning as part of my tooth had broken off and I was in pain. I was fitted in as an emergency. I was very nervous but the dentist was very reassuring and explained clearly that he could do a temporary filling today and what my options for a permanent fix would be. Excellent service. Thank you Flitwick Dental Surgery and thank you NHS.

I never have any problem booking an appointment and the receptionists are very friendly. After having 5 intricate root canal treatments I am now pain free.
