    I had a call this morning with a receptionist who informed me that my appointment was needing to be arranged as the dentist who was scheduled to perform my procedure today has called in sick. The appointment was rearranged for 2 weeks time, and considering that I have already paid for this filling in full back on the 16th Jan 24, and am sitting with a hole in my tooth, I said that it was a long time to wait. The response I received back from the receptionist was 'I don't know what you want me to say' - this rude customer service is not acceptable.

    All the staff are professional, caring and very friendly. Treatment is always first class and hence I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Fleet Dental Centre.

    Great practice, but not taking new NHS patients and hasn't been since 2019, they told me. I've been deregistered as not been for too long with Covid.
