I first registered in 2023 and attended the practice for my second checkup recently. I am very impressed with the high standard of care you recieve from this practice. The practice manager is very welcoming and the dental nurse who was in during my checkup was very friendly and put me at ease. The dentist is very professional and takes her time to discuss treatments with you. For being a small practice it definitely has a family feel to it and I couldn't fault a thing. Thank you Fawdon Dental Practice for another excellent visit.

5 Star to Fawdon Dentist practice and his staff had alot of treatment and it has made me the most happiest lady I cryed with the outcome the result it was amazing to have a smile back thank you Fawdon Dental practice

After avoiding going to the dentist for many years my teeth were in a very poor condition. After a recommendation from a work colleague I decided to bite the bullet and get my teeth done at Fawdon Dental Practice. From the start to the end of the process I was made to feel relaxed by all of the team at Fawdon, and the level of treatment and care was of the highest professional standard. I'm now going to look after my teeth and get regular check ups with the team at Fawdon Dental Practice...couldn't recommend them more 👌

Really worried about the mould that is growing on the walls of the surgery. It was up the wall and along above the worktop where things are being stored. Very dangerous environment for patients and staff. Please clean the mould off the walls- health hazard. As a new patient, my teeth weren’t charted with the dental nurse, for my records. Not sure if that’s common practice here or not. Dentist spent approximately 2 minutes with me before telling me to come back for an xray another time. Really shocked and disappointed at the whole experience.

Dear patient Thank you for your review as it helps us improve our services. I am extremely sorry that your first experience at my practice has not met your expectations. We believe you refer to the paint coming off from the very corner of a wall in our back up surgery . We can reassure you we have had this checked alongside our health and safety procedure when it happened few weeks ago and This causes no hazard to the patient or staff members. It is not a storage place close to it either. we are having it repainted shortly.Sorry for temporary inconvenience. As for the check up time March is our busiest month and although we accept we can not always spend as much time as we want with our patients in this month we do follow GDC guidelines and if patient needs radiographs we have to ask them to come back to make sure we have not missed anything. I have been with Fawdon Dental Practice for several years now and highly recommend them. The dentists and staff are friendly, professional & reassuring, and make me feel at ease. It feels very “family” owned in that my Dentist remembers me as an individual and takes time to speak with me and does not rush me in and out. This practice is probably only one of a handful of that offer to take on new NHS Patients these days. The reception area is clean, warm, welcoming and peaceful to sit while waiting for your appointment. If you are struggling to find a practice then I would look no further than here.

I attended Fawdon dental practice as a new patient. I was extremely grateful to get into an NHS practice as so many others in my area were not taking on patients. I was greeted by the manager upon arrival who was very welcoming and she helped me fill out my forms whilst waiting in reception. The dentist was extremely thorough and the nurse working with her was also great and made me feel at ease. I found this dental trip to be a positive experience and I look forward to returning for my 6 month checkup later this year. Thank you Fawdon dental practice!

I come here for my check up 6-monthly. It’s an excellent practice with friendly and efficient staff. Never have to wait long after arriving for my appointment. Knowledgeable and professional dentists and dental nurses who complete thorough check ups. Would recommend.

Been attending this practice now for three years and the treatment has been excellent. The dentist herself is very friendly and puts patients at ease. The nursing and reception staff are also helpful and efficient. I’ve had no problems at all and would readily recommend the practice.
