I have been an NHS patient here for over a decade, wonderful practice with lovely staff. Had no issues however on the last visit I was told the NHS dentist is now only available 10-3 Weds and Thurs - very impractical for working families, feels like they are trying to push the NHS clients out for private :(

I am not good with dentists unfortunately and needed a tooth removing. The team were absolutely brilliant at making sure I was ok, putting me at ease and avidly answering all my questions. I wasn’t rushed in the slightest and it has restored my faith in dentists! Thank you.

The dentist we saw was brilliant with my children, both were anxious but they told them step by step what was going to happen and what to do if they needed a break.

Check-up appointment today. Apart from the dentist running late which can’t always be avoided the routine checkup was thorough and very professional with care recieved advice given for future dental health.

Etwall makes going to the dentist as positive an experience as it can be - even though most people would rather be somewhere else. Booking is efficient, they keep more or less to your appointment time, and the treatments I've had have been reasonably pain free. Today I had a general check up but we talked about some tooth pain I was getting - and they provided a solution. So I would recommend this practice, yes.

The service was fantastic from receptionist to dental assistant to the dentist. I was greeted with a smile. Didn't have to wait long and I was reassured throughout my dental treatment

I was in severe pain with an exposed nerve and despite being busy I was seen and treated within 2 hours. I was so grateful to be sorted (albeit it temporarily until I can have further treatment).

Very friendly staff. Very kind and professional dentists. Very thoughtful to disabled customers. Every effort is made to be helpful. I went for a checkup and being disabled I found them extremely helpful in trying to make me comfortable. My checkup was pain free and thorough.

Nice reception staff and lovely, competent dentist and nurse. Appointment was on time. New Appointment made for 6 months time
