For a good number of years I've been treated by Ethos Dental Care. I've always been very pleased with the efficient and professional dental treatment. The staff were always supportive, friendly and helpful.

No matter how nervous I feel they alway take time to calm me down without it being obvious , all the staff are very friendly from the reception to the dentist

I had booked s two appointments for myself and 2 kids. As we arrived in the room I was asked to complete the online forms, on my phone. I admit I should have done this before the appt but we had been in reception for 10mins and I was not asked if I had done this. Considering we had two appointments we were all seen in the time of one! I was admittedly distracted trying to do the forms whilst my children were examined but the dentist was quite stern and short with them. Then when it was my turn, she was quite rough in cleaning my teeth and it was quite painful. Overall, quite unfriendly and rude and not a very nice experience for me or my children.

I’ve been supported well for regular check ups as well as more pressing dental issues. The practice has always found a slot. Staff are reassuring and professional

This appointment was just for a check up but I have a horror of dentists! Even though this has been my surgery for over 20 yrs everyone was friendly & professional, the surgery is always clean and tidy, the staff are all brilliant, they always make me feel at ease and I would recommend this surgery to everyone.
