I’ve been with this dentist for over 20 years and he is also the dentist for my all of my children, including my 11 year old daughter. My daughter came in on the 8th September as an emergency as she was bleeding a lot with a loose baby tooth, she was extremely nervous and scared and he gently told her he would have to remove the tooth. His patience was amazing and he managed to calm her down and do what was needed to be done. In all the time I have been coming to see this dentist he has always been fantastic and absolutely amazing with children. I throughly recommend.

went for check up with wife. Sat down ran through my medical conditions thorough pre check never had it before very good, during internal check i started to choke due to post nasal drip, Dentist stopped immediately allowing for me to recover and only re stated once i was ready. Fantastic visit and explained costings and what she was going to do all the vay through exam.

I am a nervous patient when it comes to dentists, previously having bad experiences that have left me proper nervous,anxious and all around terrified. That changed today, I visit the dentist on the bottom floor thats not my normal dentist and I have to say that I never felt a thing, was scared that I'd end up having root canal/extraction but the moment I explain my fears and worries I was instantly reassured and made to feel comfortable, seriously I never felt as thing. Amazing and I can't say how elated I am. Thank you so much for fixing my tooth with a filling that didn't need root canal in the end and thank you for reassuring me and listening to my nervous/anxious state. thank you elm park dentists, highly recomended.

The team was very welcoming and the service was very professional.I am very happy with my dentist.he listened to me and advice me properly regarding the treatment.very smooth and with out any issue.he was very skilful

I had a slight panic when a friend found out she and her daughter were stricken from their dental practice during the pandemic (when they couldn't book anyway) and were struggling to find anyone accepting NHS patients. I rang this morning to check and the practice was great. Not only had they not stricken us from the NHS list as so many practices have, we were able to book a check up for my kids and me. They were friendly and took time to answer my questions and concerns as well about the possibility of a hygienist cleaning whilst I'm on chemotherapy. I've been very happy with this practice before today, but especially so after seeing what others have struggled through with other practices.

Managed to get in as an NHS patient. Staff were friendly and efficient. My dentist was lovely. Very easy to talk to and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Booked for myself and my two children to come and have a check up after our original dentist retired , first ever appointment here and the dental nurse was so rude , dentist was lovely and apologised for her attitude but as a first ever visit I felt very intimidated by her . Not a great start … wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who is nervous as the nurse doesn’t have time for it ! Shame as the dentist himself was lovely

Up until today, I have been very happy with this surgery. However, after the way I was treated today by the dentist, neither I or my family will ever use them again. The dentures that had been made for me were very painful and didn’t fit properly. When I explained this to the dentist, he became very rude and overtly angry stating I was insulting him and that was the best he could do. I explained that I wasn’t criticising his work; the dentures are made from moulds in a laboratory off-site and perhaps the error occurred there. He continued to become angry and argumentative and I felt very upset and intimidated. He told me to get my money back and go elsewhere. I asked if there was a practice manager I could speak to in order to complain about his behaviour and he told me that he is the practice manager and there is no one above him. I was very shocked as this attitude and behaviour was very different to his usual personality. Even if he is having a bad day, he should remain professional and treat his patients with respect. I left the surgery very distressed at the way I was treated.
