Really happy with the service I received today from the helpful receptionist to the excellent dentist who sorted me out with an emergency filling they both provided excellent service. Thank you.

Always friendly put me at ease, receptionist lovely ladies always greet you with a smile. Explains all the treatment you need. Lovely practice to visit. 10/10. Top marks.

The dentist i saw was so calm and put me at ease. He explained everything very well and as much as a dental experience can be it was very good.

Felt very judged and spoken down to by the hygienist today, people have reason as to what has happened with there teeth and also people have phobias of dentist and it’s a wonder people don’t want to come when you come to your appointment for one reason and feel like a child being scolded and being poorly judged by who you went to see. Didn’t appreciate being spoken down to like a child and also while having my teeth cleaned was very tough to the point I flinched away a number of times because of the pain

Been made to feel at ease, like there is no rush to get me in and out. The time my dentist takes with my children makes the time visiting less stressful

Friendly receptionists. Lovely clean dentist and not too busy. Fabulous dentist who i see, she is friendly and gentle with me as i have anxiety and other health issues. Would highly recommended this dentist practice. As always 10/10

I had my appointment cancelled twice and then when I finally had the appointment I had to wait over 30minutes after my scheduled time to be seen. Once I was in the appointment however, the dentist was excellent - very thorough and a great service.

I’ve had nothing but trouble with my tooth since I had a filling fitted, I can never get in to get this sorted. I have been overworking my other side of my mouth meaning I now need filling on that side. When going to pay for this I’ve been told a white filling is an extra payment. The other dentist mentioned this but said he just does white fillings anyway. My issue here is if there’s an extra charge for white fillings then all dentists should all be saying the same advise so you don’t get a shocker of a bill when you get the the till. Then also to find out the price of the check up isn’t deducted from the final cost either.
