I have been terrified of the dentist and needles all my life but my new dentist is amazing. She makes me feel comfortable and explains everything to me. I wasn’t scared or nervous at all for the first time EVER. Never felt the needle and came out feeling really happy with my new filling

The experience of the check up was as expected. Professional courteous polite and friendly. Comfortable setting and inspection. Quality could not be faulted. On the other hand booking in felt like being in a morgue. Such unhappy looking reception hard of hearing and very uncomfortable wait. Hopefully when I come back for real treatment I may see some life behind that window

My gums are receding and I was scared to let the hygienist clean them due to pain I’d experienced somewhere else but with her magic gum gel :-) it was fine. Came out feeling positive.
