Very very very good dentist run by farther an son friendly staff . Never wait to long on appointments . Made feel at ease when haveing treatment done 10 outta 10

Been coming to this family dentist for 30 years!! Really good. Friendly , professional. It’s absolutely spotless in there too.

My experience here was dreadful, I already rang prior to my appointment to explain my child was nervous of visiting. I thought this may offer some understanding from the dentist and staff but it was stated she should “stop been so silly”. The attitude and rudeness towards my daughter was appalling, I would not even speak to my own daughter in this manner.

I’ve been with this dentist for 10+ years I had an appointment at 11:30. I also had a doctors appointment at 9:50 this morning and made the genuine mistake of thinking my dentist was also 11:50. I called the dentist at 11:40 as soon as I looked at my calendar and realised and explained to them, yet they have still won’t let me make another appointment and removed me off their list as a patient. A genuine honest mistake which I called as soon as I realised. Where’s the discretion or understanding. I’d agree with them if I didn’t turn up at all and didn’t bother to call. Poor practise in my eyes.
