Nzinga was very professional and transparent. I felt I was in good hands. She was also patient and kind. Very highly skilled professional. I would highly recommend Nzinga

Received a reminder for my children's six month check up but can't get an afterschool appointment for six months. Also remove NHS patients without informing them. If they can send me a text reminder to books appointments why can't they send me a text to inform me that I'm at risk of being removed from their books?

Stratford clinic I call to 111 for emergency. 111 suggested to east village dental clinic. I am visiting this clinic for emergency treatment and I go there and when they are doing my x-ray and that time there system froze and after froze system, nurse told to doctor, x-ray is not good and doctor told to her, we are keep going. Doctor treated not well. I pay for treatment and results nothing. Funniest part is doctor told me, I need the remove teeth or maybe root canal to teeth and after i visit other dentist, she told me my teeth is fine, I only have mouth ulcer. That’s reason I have problem. East Village dental, doctor want to go home and that’s reason, he is not treating well. Other staffs are good.

I had an excellent hygienist appointment with Nzinga. Not only did she job a great job with patience and make the whole experience comfortable but she also gave me some excellent advice on cleaning and flossing too. I would highly recommend her.
