I had an appointment last 8th of December. The dentist is very caring and I was very satisfied about the management plan of my treatment. The receptionist was very helpful and very accommodating.

They never answer their phone, it keeps going to voicemail. I have been registered here for a number of years. Last year a had a crown done the dentist was nice but it was a struggle to be seen. Kept cancelling the appointment at first. Receptionist didn't have a clue!! Trying to call today no answer, I sent two emails but, I have now decided I will register with someone else.

I called about 6 times, the phone was answered and hung up straight away. I got through the 7th time and it was answered . I repeatedly said "hello" without response I was kept on the phone for 24mintues listening to what sounded like people having a great laugh and a joke, while ignore me on the line. Only for it to turn 1pm (lunch time) for them to hang up the phone, without even saying goodbye, or telling me they are now closed for lunch and I would have to call back after 2pm.
