  1. Review titled Non existent NHS dental care

Rated 1 star out of 5

This practice has gone seriously downhill. They haven't replied to any of my calls when stated that they aim to respond within 4 hours. They have consistently cancelled appointments at very short notice, 2 cancelled on the day with 3 hours and 1 hours notice over the past 12 months. We haven't seen a dentist since 2019 even though I had appointments booked in for myself and my children once dental care was allowed to reopen following the pandemic. On a day I saw patients and dental nurses in, I went in to ask why our appointments hadn't been rescheduled, they gave me a reason that seemed untrue. What has actually happened is the practice now takes private patients and seems to have left its NHS patients to their own devices. They don't communicate when they say they're going to and are not booking NHS patients in when you try. Terrible, poor service and a complete lack of care and insight.

  2. Review titled Very poor service

This dental practice has only time for private patients who pay otherwise NHS patients have to wait upto 3/4 months for an appointment. I need urgent treatment but they always say we do not have any further appointments. They have a 10/10 track record of this. Absolutely shocking and poor quality of service. I will have to definitely change my dental surgery as its getting diabolical. They are putting profits before patients health. If you ring and say you are a private patient they will tell you to come straightaway. Tried and tested !!!
