   I have been a 'paying' NHs patient here since 2007 - I also have three children who attend there - the service has got consistently worse over the last five years - they just count your teeth - do an x -ray - threaten that they will remove you from the nhs patient list every year. While I do understand and sympathise with the changes and the greedy privatisation of the dentistry business, this practice does not even clean or rinse your teeth during a routine appointment. They do however recommend that you pay for hygiene clean - They keep you waiting as a nhs patient for over an hour sometimes due to delays but if you are 7/8 mins late (due to being stuck in unpredictable awful traffic (for a £75 paid appointment) their rude, unhelpful private staff they refuse to give you the full time for the treatment - telling you it will be cut short (by 15 mins for some reason) giving you no other alternative and talking to you like dirt as soon as you get through the door of their room - telling you that basically they don't have time to see you and you either walk or pay for a service that is cut short - awful attitude. Such a shame as the nhs dentist we see is great with the children. Sad to say this but private patients stay away.
