Speed at which they got my son and I in for an appointment, one was urgent the other was a check up and they managed to match them up well together.

Excellent dentist. Took time for patient care Not sure that admin should have been walking into the appointment and asking for teeth.

I had to wait 25 minutes to be seen for my checkup. After that, which was fine, I was kept waiting another 15 minutes for my scale and polish only to be told when I went back to reception to see what was happening that I didn’t need it doing. It was a bit chaotic in there.

The hygienist lady was marvellous She made me feel at ease as I was so anxious She explained everything she was going to do beforehand which helped me big time Excellent service provided

The advice and understanding from the dentist was much appreciated. The time taken to repair my broken tooth was less than i expected it be.

The Receptionist answered my phone call quickly and dealt with my concerns promptly. The Dentist was EXCELLENT, she listened to my complex dental history before carrying out a careful and thorough examination then discussed a treatment plan which I accepted. Both Dentist and Receptionist were Professional and caring.

Arrived just before my appointment time and was seen more or less straightaway. Very pleasant staff. The only issue is parking but that is beyond the surgery’s control.

We will pass your comments on to the team. We understand the parking can be difficult at the practice with limited spaces available. Our staff do try and park using alternative arrangements where possible allowing our patients the option to facilitate the practice car park. However understand this may not always be an option for our patients. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to extend our parking arrangements. Should you have any difficulty accessing the practice for your appointments, please do contact our reception team who may be able to direct you to alternative parking in the area. I had really bad toothache. The receptionist was lovely when I rang and got me an emergency appointment for the same day. The lady who saw me was really nice and talked me through everything she was doing and all the options I had
