I had to cancel an appointment in November as I work for the NHS in the Midlands which resulted in me being sent a letter saying i couldn't have any more treatment with my dentist. I then had to re register and pay more to see another dentist at the same practice. It isn't my fault that the receptionist who took the call never updated the system but i am being penalised for this.

Hygienist and her assistant. She was very accommodating to my anxiety. Nothing was too much trouble and they was so patient with me. Couldn’t have asked for better.

The staff are always really nice and patient with me, don’t do well at the dentist and they’re always very slow and encouraging with me

No sense of urgency after treating a lady put in as an emergency before my apt at 11.20, i waited 35 minutes after being told the day before on the phone to make sure i’m on time as i had a long apt 1.15 mins. There was a 8 minute gap from the patient leaving the room after treatment to me leaving as i had to go to catch the bus for work. I understand there’s a cleaning process and setting up of equipment so hearing laughing and joking coming from the room i was supposed to be going in was a bit of a kick in the teeth. The receptionist was lovely and very apologetic on behalf of the dentist, she was embarrassed as it was her that told me to try be on time for my long apt!to add fuel to the fire, i was then told there were no apts until the end of the month!! Why couldn’t i be fitted in as an emergency?..seen as i was inconvenienced that morning? Unhappy Patient

The brilliant receptionist and the brilliant dentist. Dentist was xhatty and sensative to dealing with children. And the receptionist was chatty and friendly and made the rime pass.

Reminders sent regarding appointment. Receptionist was welcoming and paperwork ready . Minimum waiting time . Dentist welcoming and remembered me as a regular patient Options of treatment explained . Appointments available .
