I missed an appointment due to a mix up appoint times. They warned me that if I missed another appointment that I would be removed from their books.. Another appointment was made. Unfortunately the day before the appointment the household caught a vomiting and severe diarrhea virus. So I called the dentist to cancel the appointment. At this point they said it was too short notice to cancel. They will accept 48hr notice for cancellations not 24hrs so this will go down as a second missed appointment. I explained that we are ill. They would not accept it.. They said I should have still come to the appointment.. To me this is a health risk. Passing on whatever the illness we had to everyone at the dentist. At the end of the day they have removed me from their books and I no longer have a dentist.. I have been left in pain with nowhere to turn. However I could probably get an appointment privately... This is wrong penalising NHS patients... Avoid. Avoid

I have seen Aroosan twice now and both times have been a pleasure I experienced no pain whatsoever with injections and a filling also had a clean all pain free I wish she had been my dentist since I was young because my teeth would have been perfect Would defiantly recommend this dentist and her assistant too

This dentist is the very best dentist staff everyone so lovely all kind and caring dentist looks after your teeth so well i would not want to go any where but here. happy with every thing.
