Appointment on time, no long wait. Thoroughness of examination for both my wife and i. Procedures explained and enjoyed looking at the X-rays.

Delayed on going in to see the Dentist, even though I had an appointment booked I still received email regarding I needed to book a appointment which basically threatened to take me off the books

I felt as though I was being fast tracked through the procedure. I had difficulty hearing the dentist and also in understanding what he was saying, and my hearing is good. I have mentioned this to a member of staff at the clinic.

We are sorry to hear that you had not heard the dentist when he was speaking to you. Your dentist has been made aware of this. Please book a completely free of charge appointment with our TCO for a free 3d scan whenever it suits you and always remember she is available to speak to you if there is anything about your appointment that was not made clear. We always strive to provide a high standard of care to all our patients and it is always our intention to resolve any concerns a soon as possible.

All the staff are very polite and welcoming. The dentist and 3d camera operative were extremely informative and recommended teeth whitening and a philips sonic toothbrushe which i did purchase at a discounted rate compared to on the high street. Also was given a prescription for sensitive toothpaste which is stronger than what i can buy from the super market. Very happy with todays visit.

Absolutely amazing, the staff were lovely , the assistance who was with the dental nurse was absolutely lovely…. The dentist was on another level, the best I’ve seen…. Over haul beyond & above the best …
