I had a bad tooth that needed extraction, I knew this and was worried about the pain, how I would be treated and just the overall experience. I was not judged by the state of my mouth, my appearance or anything else. No uncomfortable questions were asked, and was made to feel very comfortable. I felt like I could fully trust the dentist and nurse today when getting my extraction. They were professional and straight to the point with everything. I called the emergency dental line at 8.45pm Tuesday night, and was made an appointment for 9.30am Wednesday morning. When I entered I was faced with a friendly receptionist who told me where to go. Then I came to the dental receptionist who was just as friendly and efficient. I filled in a form with my details and then handed it back. Then I was called in perfectly on time by the dentist, I sat down they took a look, told me what is wrong. Then advised I needed the tooth out. Within seconds I had the local anaesthetic injected into my gum. The dentist did it in a way that was super fast, and barley had time to think about it. We did paper work whilst this was kicking in to ensure the area was completely numb. Then the other dentist gave me advice on after care. They then told me exactly what I was going to feel - pushing and pulling. The extraction itself was completely pain free, with some discomfort in my jaw area which was only for a few seconds. Then they gave me a guaze to bite down on, made me move my tongue around and that was it. All done. It was the most comfortable and welcoming dental appointment I've ever had. It has inspired me to get the rest of my teeth sorted out, knowing that I have nothing to be worried about regardless of previous experiences.

I phoned up at 8am and I was referred to Moor Park with a 10am appointment the same day. The two dentists in the room were extremely kind. They didn't ask any uncomfortable questions or judge me. They were totally professional. I was injected with a local anaesthetic and quite literally seconds later the tooth was removed. The swelling lasted the day but by the next morning I felt amazing. The team at Moor Park relieved weeks of pain in a matter of minutes.

I have high anxiety and with feeling like I've been hit by a bus due to tooth ache, I was treat with empathy and understanding. Literally in and out with no complications. Thankyou to you all
