My appointments were canceled 3 times and as a result I had no checkup for over a year. I had always had descaling done as part of checkup on band 1 treatment. This time there was a bit of scraping done and a bit of flossing on couple of teeth. Ultrasonic tool was not used and teeth were not polished. I have been advised to do it separately this time with hygienist on band 2. Normal scaling and polish always been done on band 1 and still is listed by NHS as band 1 treatment.

I am a number 5 on the nervous scale when it comes dental treatment and from the very beginning I was treated with understanding and care all through my checkup

Got me in the same day as i phoned with my broken tooth first class experience I've used this place a number of years now and has always good service very pleased with my experience there...

Review titled Thank you to my NHS dentist! Any any dentists that provide NHS service

I am grateful for this one dentist in this practice who is willing to cover NHS patients. I wish more dentists cared about their community like her, and because of her I can afford a regular check up and keep good dental health. She was friendly and very thorough and explained everything very well. However because there is only one of her, the practice cancelled my appointment twice before I saw her today. The government need to do something to get more dentists doing some NHS hours like doctors have to, otherwise a lot of the community are going to really struggle with dental health in years to come. It seems all most dentists care about is money and private plans are very expensive! Huge thank you to this one dentist, I want her to know how much she is appreciated for being a hard working and caring person!

Nurse was really friendly and informed me at each stage what she was doing, she told me areas where it may stretch the mouth or hurt a little. Felt really comfortable

Was seen today (10.10.2023) as i called the day before, my gums were in pain because of my teeth. All staff were welcoming and very pleasent.

I had the best treatment at Denbeigh House. I had my tooth buildup after it broke with a white filling and smoothed over to leave me with a fabulous tooth by Atul. I then had a pain free and thorough clean and polish with the hygienist thanks ?

As usual with both the Hygienist and the Dentist at the practise I find the work they do very good and have never had any reason to fault their work also the receptionists and other staff are very helpful and make you feel at home.

Review titled Tooth Extraction from Oral Surgeon

Last week I had my tooth extracted. I was quite nervous about it but there was no need to worry. The staff, as always, were very polite and reassuring which helped me to calm down before the procedure. The oral surgeon himself was absolutely phenomenal, he made me so happy to be there which sounds strange but that how much positivity he had. The procedure went well without issues and after following all the after care instructions my gums feel brand new! So thank you very much:)
