Received reminder for check up, easily booked an appointment, welcomed by friendly receptionist and seen on time by friendly, professional dentist.

I rang to make an appointment explaining that I had severe toothache. The receptionist was very uncaring and said they were not taking patients. I explained that I would be private patient not NHS and she said they were not taking patients at all. They are full thereby paying no regard for the fact that I was in pain and needed a dentist.

I have been coming to this Dentist since I was young and so have my children. The receptionist is so lovely and helpful and the dentist is brilliant. He puts you at ease if you are nervous, is honest about treatments and costs and cares for his patients. We have moved away from the area but still travel to see him because he is the only one we are comfortable with.

An adorable receptionist and the nicest dentist ever! I have been registered with this dentist for quite a few years now. I am so happy here that I’m moving to Norfolk but will continue to return for my check-ups! I am always made to feel welcome and have always received the best care and advice. Thank you both for always being so amazing in looking after me and my teeth!
