Today was my little boys first ever dentist appointment and it was fantastic. For what could have been a daunting and scary experience turned out to be a fun trip where my little one understood instructions given to him and was a quick and easy trip.

I'm of that age where I always had the fear of the dentist after the school dentist. This practice is the only one I have religiously kept attending, whether its a check up, treatment or hygienist appointment everyone is kind, patient and gentle and really puts me at ease. The staff always take time to explain my options and any payments (I do a mixture of NHS & Private, depending on treatment). The reception staff are also friendly and help put me at ease the moment I walk in.

This is the 3rd time for filling of my teeth although it is rather tricky place to fix them so I am not surprised this has happened but this time it is a bit thicker than the previous one so I home this will last for longer time.

Like many, I am not a lover of going to see the Dentist /Hygienist but I can honestly say that since I have been going to Twyford Dental Implant & Orthodontic Centre I have absolutely no fear whatsoever. I am always greeted with friendly, caring and professional staff and I feel very thankful to be a patient at this practice.

I was given an emergency appointment because a part of my tooth had broken off. After the options were fully explained to me, I decided to have the tooth removed. This was done with great efficiency. I was impressed with the after care instructions and there have been no complications. I would really like to thank the team for their professionalism and care.

I am very happy with the treatment we have received, my children have been advised on where to brush, referred for braces and treatment. We always have a warm welcome and everyone is very friendly.

Son was extremely scared but dentist did their best to reassure and calm him down. It did hurt but not as much as expected. After care was very thorough.

Got there early, and was still seen pretty much immediately. They listened to my concerns and investigated quickly. Amazing treatment both during normal scheduled checkups as well as emergencies. Explained everything they were going to do/everything they thought, step by step, helping me to understand.

I have received a great service from twyford dental practice. Was made to feel totally relaxed and comfortable. Communication was perfect at every point leading up to treatment and staff were very professional highly recommend this practice.
