We have been NHS patients at this practice for well over 5 years, we used to see the same dentist each time but since COVID it's a different dentist each time and sometimes they cancel appointments and they need rebooking. But overall they are very helpful and friendly and even with very young children they are accommodating and of course have a choice of stickers for the kids! With all the bad stories about NHS dentistry we really appreciate the dentists and practice there. Thanks!

Been with this dentist practice for over 20 years. Always great service, lovely and caring dentists. Fair prices, do not try to oversell or push products on you.

I've had the same hygienist for 2 years. She takes time to know her patients, explains what she's going to do and is very gentle. At the end of the treatment, she provides guidance to ensure that you maintain your teeth well. I'm really happy with her and hope she never leaves the practice.

Thoroughly dependable and caring practice. My dentist discusses treatment options and recommends choices based on my needs and preferences. Reception staff are friendly and efficient but there can be a wait to get through when phoning because the practice is usually very busy.

This is only my 2nd attendance at this practice as I am a new patient. I found the dentist to be extremely helpful and explained things well. As well as my check-up he offered to do a hygiene clean whilst I was there instead of having to make another appointment. I am very happy with this dental practice

As I arrived on time for the appointments with 3 children only to find out that they have been cancelled. Staff did not notify me about the cancellation and was behaving as it was something routinely happening at the practice. Would not recommend!

We are sorry to hear of your most recent experience with our Avenue practice and aware of the situation. Unfortunately, due to a recent change of dental system, there have been a limited number of appointments with a previous clinician that have slipped through our radar. This has resulted in these appointments sadly not being able to be picked up by our reception team ahead of time. We are looking into ways to fix this moving forward and hope this will not happen again in the future. I would not recommend this practice. Some of the receptionist are unprofessional and the dentist . They have open conversations about patients and their personal lives in front of patients that are waiting . When you identify an issue with the work they have done on two occasions they state it couldn’t happen and then attempt to make you feel as though you as a customer are the issue rather than listening and Offering a resolution. Their hygienist is amazing and friendly .

I have used damira for many years as an nhs patient and have received an excellent service.On this recent occasion I needed an urgent appointment to replace a lost filing this was scheduled within 1 week.
