Had a teeth cleaning. It was very thorough. Very kind and thoughtful hygienist . A couple of issues found which will be taken care off.

Arranged easily online and several reminders received. Friendly and efficient reception. Dentist extremely efficient, friendly and quick. Very satisfied.

Great service, easy to make an appointment and friendly and professional staff. Despite my anxiety, staff put me ease, listened to my concerns and I had a very positive experience.

In 2023, October I had an appointment in this dental practice: new NHS patient - first check up! Because the X-ray wasn’t working, I had just a visual inspection and doctor say everything is ok, and with out X-ray she can’t see anything more! She signed a paper for next appointment for X-ray the same check up! I paid for this appointment 25,80£ and booked one more check up on the same month. Later I rescheduled this appointment, to February! In February i had a X-ray and now doctor was telling the next steps and suggestions for treatment, but because the treatment didn’t sound for me good, “NHS patients can get just silver filled and silver crowns, and if I want to do white I need to do private”, but I knows different private dental clinic, where I had treatment before done! I came to this clinic for NHS service! And when I told them I will not use their service like NHS or private! They ask me to pay one more time 25,8£ because the appointment is later than two months after last appointment!i And they didn’t care when I told about previous appointment when doctor wasn’t available to do full check up, and if I was informed in my first appointment about price and service I hadn’t book next appointment!

Lovely dentist, all staff are so friendly and easy to talk to. Felt at ease straight away. Dentist was very clear regarding different options I had and explained it all in detail. So happy I have found this dentist and have made appointments for my children there too
