The staff at this practice are very welcoming professional and always make me feel comfortable as I suffer from anxiety this is a great help for me and encourages me to relax and trust them to carry out out their procedures

I hadn't visited the dentist for 5 years and had multiple problems. Damira (Bow) were kind and helpful and told me what was needed and what could be left alone. As I hadn't been able to find an NHS dentist this helped to keep the costs down to just necessary work.

I went for routine first appointment-It wasn't a great introduction to the practice at all. I found the Dentist to have a patronising and rude attitude, talking to the other staff and to me as if I was a 'naughty' child (for example, telling me that he needed to give me 'a talk' about brushing my teeth better, as that is the 'only way I would change'. When leaving, the receptionist told me I owed an extra £30, even though the Dentist hadn't asked for my consent regarding whether I was happy to have X-rays and pay the extra for that.

I have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer (for the second time) and needed a dental check as oncology want me to have treatment to strengthen bones against cancer. My dental practice gave me an appointment at very short notice which on the whole can be difficult as dentists are very busy. I'm very grateful for their care regarding this.

it was a overall a welcoming experience, the staff was very kind and were ready on time, they checked my problem thoroughly and told me what was wrong, i like the way they treated me as a patient and would definitely recommend this dental practice to other people who need dental care.
