does a thorough job, in a friendly manner, at a reasonable cost. had a bit of a niggle and no problem getting a quick appointment

Having taken an x ray of the affected area, the dentist quickly identified the problem and explained clearly to me what the recommended and necessary course of action going forward was. A follow up appointment to do the necessary within the next week has been arranged.

My most recent session at Crossways was with a dental hygienist. As always, apart from doing a thorough job in a pleasant and new surgery, she provided useful extra advice on dental care. I've been with Crossways, under both its current and previous managements, for many years now and have always been happy with the service and treatment provided. It's a practice I can certainly recommend to others.

I have been using this practice for dental treatment for some years, and both the previous owners and the present staff have been helpful, supportive, and friendly. The recent visit was no different, and everyone was professional and as far as I can judge, efficient. A strong point is they do what’s necessary very thoroughly but do not pressure you into having unnecessary work done.

I have always been a very nervous patient. The team are very friendly and considerate. They help me by adapting treatments as much as possible and making time to allow for my problems.

Always polite and efficient. no problem with appointments. keep an eye on regularity of vusits and genyly remind if it has been too long between visits. Interested i my teeth1 do not proposs treatments that would seem unnessary
