Always explain s what's happening Always asking are you ok Very polite the lady on reception. Then dentist The dental nurse The waiting area is nice Very welcoming I had a tooth removed

Pleasant dentist and nurse who carried out examination without fuss and explained what were alternatives. Left consultation happy with experience.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful when I arrived and was happy to help with my questions. The dentist was very informative about oral care at my check up.

Overtime my fear of dental visits has lessened& the reason being; friendly receptionist & not too long waiting to go in to the dentist who always explained what she was going to do.

As usual everything happened as it should from booking my appointment to recieving my treatment. New dentist this time but same standard of treatment. Had to complete the on line info this time but was easy enough to do, even for me. The woman in front if me in the queue at reception was being rather difficult and rude but the receptionist dealt with her in a very calming proffesional manner and sorted out the issue. Very impressed.

I must thank you for completing the online portal, as you witnessed reception have been having a lot of push back from individuals not wanting to comply. Had a check up & deep clean due to ongoing issue with gum disease. Advice given on inter-dental brushes & tufty brushes, where they are available & sizes to use to get the best benefit. Thorough & informative. All staff friendly & courteous. Options were explained clearly. Appointments made promptly & systems are efficiently reminding patients of appointments to minimise non-attendance & late cancellations.

Needed an extraction today. All staff were so friendly, caring and reassuring. All work fully explained before starting extraction which was pain free. My family and I are so lucky to be registered with such a great dental practice
