teeth taken out for braces and no pain was seen a few times and was taken care of and felt really relaxed and i would recommend this dentist to people

Attended with my son who suffers with high Anxiety. The dentist showed no compassion whatsoever, and made him Feel him feel like he was being stupid. He was emotional at being told he would have to lose his tooth, something we will get a second opinion on. Her response was what are you crying for? No one in there 20s wants to lose a tooth and we had explained he suffers from high Anxiety.

Fully recommend this dental practice. I travel from Stirchley Birmingham to go to it and it's well worth it. I've had fillings, extractions and dentures and despite being a nervous patient I've never ever felt any pain. I'm a smoker and despite being told by my GP to cut them out for my health the dentist has never ever held it against me and continues to do a great job. Excellent service.

Waited an hour for my appointment because the dentist was running late from "lunch" . When I finally got seen he had a quick look in my mouth and asked me to go back out and wait for half an hour to have an xray. While in the surgery many people where also coming out and having to rebook appointments because he didn't have time to finish the work required. The only apology I got was off the receptionist who was lovely but the dentist didn't even care that he was running late just rushing round getting patients in and out with out a care in the world.

Was given a prescription for antibiotics that was much needed. However went to pick them up and was told no because they had not stamped it first. Surly they would have known it needed a stamp for me to be able to get the antibiotics. I suppose my fault for not checking. But I was in a rush and in painso did not look. So thanks to the dentist error I now have to wait until I'm back from my holiday and even if I was able to go back and get it stamped I would still have to wait because it's a weekend and they are not open. So I won't recommend to anyone and thanks for leaving me in pain before I go away on holiday.

I had 2 Teeth extracted and never felt a thing at all, like i did at other Dentists I have been too. The Nurse also asks If everything is ok with you and any problems you have. I will return again when its time!
