Polite reception staff. Was busy but went out of her way to get me a chair. Dentist very approachable and very reassuring as i am a nervous patient.

I felt that both the dentist and assistant made me feel comfortable, telling me what they would be doing and checking that I was alright.

Had root canal treatment, dentist was very good at putting me at easy checking if I was ok, as gentle as he could be. Shame he is leaving at end of month

First appointment with new dentist after seeing Arjan for many years. Abaid was thorough and need some fillings. A course of treatment recommended as well as other options. Happy at the moment.

Treatment-fabulous as usual. However I did try and call to see if I would still have my appointment as I was going to be 10 mins late and I couldn’t get through or leave a message. Same old problem that needs to be fixed. I drove to my appointment holding on the phone but it I was held in a queue no2 on the list.

Excellent service - handled complex request for future multi patient booking really well in the office. Great efficient check of my teeth.

The only negative was the length of time it took for me to get an appointment, but I believe this issue is resolved now. Otherwise all good!

The dentist is great, the nurses are not very professional though. I had and appointment, was in on time but could hear, along with all in reception, the nurses laughing and giggling about a night out while I was waiting, it was quite loud and could be heard through the doors to reception, in turn they were late for the appointment. The reception staff are hit and miss on how friendly they are.
